Post-traumatic Stress

Post traumatic stress disorder is most commonly associated with soldiers who have come back from war. Although this is the most well-known cause of the condition, it is by no means the only one. PTSD is a member of the anxiety family and can be caused by any traumatic event to those who live through it, those who witness it, those who clear up the aftermath and even relatives of those who lived or died because of it. An example of such a traumatic event would be something as individual as a car accident or something as globally traumatising as a Tsunami. A few more examples of incidents which cause post traumatic stress disorder are listed below:
