In order to access your Uticopa services, please use your Member Area on the left hand side. This is just a reminder of all that is available to you through the Uticopa Member Area:

 

My Profile – you can check and edit your Uticopa registration details. Should you wish to change your password, user name or your email address, you can do so by using the Edit option.

My Membership – you can check your current level of membership, your membership expiry date and View or Edit your Uticopa listing. Please note that there 4 steps in the updating your listing and you need to use the Next / Back buttons to move between them. You can also renew your listing through this area. A month prior to the expiry of your listing you will be sent a renewal notification and an option to renew will become available. My Clients – this area lists all clients who have saved your listing to their ‘shortlist of therapists’ or who have sent you an enquiry through our messaging system. Not all clients may be your live clients. This listing gives you the opportunity to contact them through our messaging system. Should you wish to remove a particular client from your list, you simply click ‘Deactivate’ – this will mark this client as removed and record the date. This will also remove your name from their list of Shortlisted Therapists.

My Newsletters – here you can choose the subjects that might be of interest to you. When our newsletters are featuring the subjects you have selected, we will make sure that you receive a copy of that particular newsletter.

My Messages – this is your secure messaging system. You can only use it for communicating with your Clients. For security reasons no messages leave our servers and you will be sent a notification to your ordinary email address whenever a new message has arrived in your Uticopa account. Through the My Messages Tab you can access your Inbox and Sent Items box and to filter all your messages by their senders. This is a thread-based messaging system so you will always see the message history below the most current reply. Tip: when deleting messages, remember you will be deleting the entire thread (all historic communication on that subject) for more information on how to use the Uticopa Messaging system, use our Messaging Guide.

Statistics – you can access monthly information about how many times your listing was viewed and how many times you were contacted through the Uticopa website.
