Why use the Uticopa Secure Messaging System instead of my usual email?
|
Most email packages are not secure. Whether you are using one of the free internet mail accounts (i.e. Hotmail, Google or Yahoo) or one of the email accounts that come with your internet supplier’s package (i.e. BTinternet, Tiscali, or AOL), there are elements of each of these packages that potentially undermine how secure they are. For a more detailed overview of the security of some of the most popular email packages click here. Due to the high sensitivity of some issues that may be discussed, the Uticopa messaging service has been designed in such a way, that no incoming or outgoing communication ever leaves our secure servers and only a notification that you received new message will be sent to your external email address. All passwords and login details are encrypted and you have to have the correct login details to be able to login to your account on Uticopa to read your messages. The same would apply to your clients. If you are currently using your ordinary email account for communicating with your clients and are concerned about the security of that communication, try using the Uticopa messaging system to protect yourself and your clients.
