I have missed a notification email about my client enquiry, where can I find it?

 

If you have missed a notification email about a client enquiry, all you need to do is:

  • Login using your username and password.
  • From the Member Area block on the left hand side choose My Messages – it keeps all your enquiries.

Please note that when deleting a message you delete the entire ‘thread’ or the message history from that client and therefore please take care when deleting messages from your Inbox. For more details on how to use our Messaging System, please refer to our Messaging Guide.
