How do I optimise my listing?

The more information you provide, the more accurately your information will be matched to the client’s requirements and any enquiries will therefore be more relevant.

Please refer to the explanation below to see how the information you submit during your registration is used when clients look for therapists. This should help you complete your registration to ensure that your listing is optimised for better visibility.

Step 1 - Personal Information

Address: please make sure that you state the address where you are working from. This information is used by clients to locate specialists in specific geographical locations. Please note that we only display the town and the country against your listing and no postcode or house number or street will be disclosed.

Email: this is the email address that Uticopa will use to notify you when you have received an enquiry from a client, inviting you to log on and check your messages on Uticopa.  For security reasons we do not send any therapist – client communication via the web. All messages can only be accessed through our servers and only with the appropriate ID and password.

Step 2  - Your Role

This is used to describe you as a professional and is mentioned in both Basic and Detailed Listings.  You can describe yourself using more than one Role.

Step 3 – Your Areas of Expertise

In this step, please take your time to identify all conditions or problem areas that you work with. This is used when locating specialists by problem or a condition. We have found that most often when clients are looking for help, they are searching by a particular issue rather than a therapy method or type of a therapist. That is why it is very important that you are very specific about what conditions you work with.

Step 4 – Your Details

Additional Comments is the area where you can add anything that you feel is not covered by the information you provided so far. For example, if you are specialising in a particular condition not mentioned on our site or anything else that can help clients make their decision.

Your photo – some people find it helpful if they can see the photograph of the therapist they are contacting. Feel free to upload your photo.

Step 5 – Payment Processing

This step does not affect the visibility of your listing.
